What I ate today

Soya porridge with ginger, sultanas and sunflower seeds

Coffee, soya milk

Pea shoot salad with lemon juice, 1/2 apple, 7 cashew nuts, 2 slices ham, 1 piece brown bread

Coffee, soya milk

1 cup cooked pasta, 4 meatballs, vegetable sauce
1 lemon muffin

Tea

1 piece bread with butter and jam
1 piece bread with ham and pickle

1 glass squash
