1 Mug coffee with soya milk

small bowl porridge with ginger, sunflower seeds, sultanas and soya milk

1 glass water

Leaf salad with cashew nuts, cherry tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, 25g feta cheese, lemon and oil dressing, small piece of bread.

1 Clementine

large mug of camomile and spiced apple tea.
